Our return policy allows you to return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. In the event of an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
The refund process can take approximately 3 weeks in total, from receiving the refund (5-7 business days), processing it (1-3 business days), to your bank completing the transaction (5-7 business days).
To return an item, log in to your account, view the order in the "Complete Orders" menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. You will be notified via email once the return is complete.
