Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing or by email within the 14-day period.

Returns & Refunds

If you decide to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement at no additional cost.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within the time frame stated at checkout. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days without prior agreement, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
