• Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

• Goods should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Please include your order number and contact details in the return package.

 

 

3. Refunds

 

 

• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

• Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

 

• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

• We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as personalized or custom-made products) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
